My room is green. Slightly greener than a chartreuse. It has bits of overlapping white stripes that resemble an abstract cage bars. At least to me at the moment. I'm pretty sure that was not the look I was going for when I designed the pattern and painted it.
Currently, I am sitting right in front of my window and the view is so bright. Bright green. the wind is rattling the "photosynthesized" leaves on this tree, reflecting the sunlight to give a little zing of saturation. My eye is catching green everywhere!
I am assuming that it's a good thing that my brain is reading these hues of green and yet not feel overwhelmed. It must be the colour psychology. I think this may be a reason how I am able to stay so calm staying up past two days. Hooray for good colour choice!
I have exactly 9 days left and I do not feel relaxed nor excited about graduation. This thesis project has been juicing my brain cells to its' last drops that I have no fuel left to think and absorb. And then I have moments, frequent moments where I feel and agree that I have not been pushing myself enough for thesis. That is probably a fact that I've been trying to avoid and admit, whenever my work is being compared to everybody else in class. It is like what everybody says, you get what you paid for. But it ain't feeling pretty for me at all when I am having potential employers coming to see them in a week. Oh, why did I do something that I would regret...
In the end, it is what it is and I am picking myself up to pace at this moment. Gotta finish strong! I just need to stare at my room wall for another 75 minute-ish before I get back in the mode (;
